Slotozen Casino Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when a person creates an account, deposits funds, plays games, uses promotional offers, or requests a withdrawal through Slotozen Casino. Players should read this document before registering or using any part of the platform.

1. Platform Information and Acceptance

Slotozen Casino is operated by Novatrix SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica under registration number 3-102-893958. Its registered address is in Potrero Cerrado, Oreamuno, Cartago, Costa Rica. The platform operates under licence number 0000002 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission.

By opening an account or using the website, the player confirms that these Terms and Conditions have been read, understood, and accepted. Anyone who disagrees with these rules should not register, deposit, or use the casino services.

These terms may be changed when operational, legal, security, or regulatory requirements make an update necessary. The current version published on the website applies from the stated update date.

The English version is the official version. Where a translated copy differs from the English text, the English wording takes priority.

Players are also bound by the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Responsible Gaming Policy, game rules, payment conditions, and other policies available on the website.

2. Eligibility to Use Slotozen Casino

Players may use the platform only when online gambling is permitted in their place of residence and current location. Each person is responsible for checking the applicable local laws before registering or playing.

The minimum age is 18, unless the legal gambling age in the relevant jurisdiction is higher. Slotozen may request documents to confirm the player’s date of birth and may restrict or close an account when age verification cannot be completed.

Real-money access is not available to residents or users located in restricted jurisdictions, including:

  • Afghanistan, Belarus, China, Cuba, Cyprus, Georgia, Greece, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Malta, Myanmar, the Netherlands, North Korea, Poland, Romania, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Belgium, Lithuania, Brazil, Bulgaria, Latvia, Japan, Estonia, El Salvador, and Bahrain;
  • the United Kingdom and the United States;
  • the Central African Republic and the Democratic Republic of the Congo;
  • Ontario and New Brunswick in Canada;
  • Guernsey, Jersey, Gibraltar, and the British Indian Ocean Territory.

The restricted territory list may change. Accessing the platform from a prohibited location may result in account closure, cancellation of transactions, or refusal of withdrawals.

Players from Sweden may be excluded from bonuses, promotional campaigns, VIP benefits, and loyalty exchanges.

Players wishing to use Bitcoin may be required to complete age and identity verification before deposits or wagering are enabled.

3. Geographic and Game Provider Restrictions

Some games may be unavailable in certain countries because of licensing rules, local regulations, or restrictions imposed by the game provider. Availability can change without affecting the rest of the casino catalogue.

Using a VPN, proxy, location-masking service, or similar technology to bypass territorial restrictions is prohibited. Where such activity is detected, Slotozen may cancel wagers, remove winnings, suspend access, or close the account.

Provider-specific limitations may apply. For example, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Amatic, and other suppliers may restrict access in particular jurisdictions. Branded games may also have separate territorial rules connected to intellectual property agreements.

Players should confirm that a game is available in their jurisdiction before placing a wager.

4. Accounts and Registration

Each person may hold only one personal Slotozen account. Additional accounts connected through the same household, address, device, payment method, or IP address may be treated as duplicates.

If duplicate accounts are identified, Slotozen may close them, cancel pending withdrawals, remove bonuses, void winnings, or request repayment of funds previously withdrawn.

An account must be used only by the registered holder for personal entertainment. It must not be shared, rented, sold, transferred, or used on behalf of another person.

Players must provide accurate and current information during registration. False, incomplete, outdated, or misleading details may lead to account restrictions or closure.

The account holder is responsible for protecting the username, password, and any other login credentials. Activity completed through an account may be treated as authorised unless the player reports suspected unauthorised access promptly.

5. Identity and Account Verification

Slotozen may perform identity, age, address, contact, payment, and source-of-funds checks at registration, during account use, or before processing withdrawals and refunds.

Requested documents may include:

  • a valid passport, national identity card, or driving licence;
  • a recent document confirming the residential address;
  • evidence that the payment method belongs to the account holder;
  • additional information needed to confirm identity or transaction ownership.

Slotozen may request a phone or video verification where ordinary document checks are insufficient. Account functions and payments may remain restricted until the review is complete.

Documents must be clear, valid, and consistent with the information registered on the account. Expired, altered, incomplete, or mismatched documents may be rejected.

If the player does not provide the required information within the requested period, Slotozen may suspend the account, cancel the withdrawal, or close the account.

Where a player is found to have been underage, Slotozen may close the account, void wagers, cancel winnings, return eligible deposits, recover withdrawn funds, and take any further action required by law.

6. Deposits and Supported Currencies

Slotozen may support payment cards, bank transfers, electronic wallets, cryptocurrencies, and other methods displayed in the account cashier. Available options depend on the player’s country, currency, and payment provider.

Supported currencies may include EUR, USD, AUD, CAD, NOK, NZD, ZAR, INR, BTC, BCH, ETH, DOGE, LTC, USDT, XRP, BNB, ADA, and TRX.

Cryptocurrency values are calculated using the applicable market rate at the time the transaction is processed. Slotozen does not provide a general currency exchange service between fiat currencies and cryptocurrencies.

Deposits must come from a payment account owned by the registered player. Third-party deposits are not permitted. If a payment belongs to another person, Slotozen may return the original amount, cancel related winnings, and restrict the account.

The usual minimum deposit is €20 or the equivalent in another supported currency. Maximum limits depend on the selected method and are shown before the payment is confirmed.

Cryptocurrency deposits may not have the same upper limits as traditional payment methods. Players who require fixed deposit controls should use a payment option that supports such limits.

A deposit appears in the casino balance only after it has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider or blockchain network.

If a deposit is reversed, rejected, disputed, or charged back, any wagers or winnings connected to that payment may be cancelled.

7. Deposit Wagering Requirements

Deposited funds may need to be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.

  • Deposits used on slot games must normally be wagered at least once.
  • Deposits used on table games, roulette, video poker, and similar categories may need to be wagered three times.
  • Where several deposits are made without gameplay, the combined amount may need to be wagered before withdrawal.

Slotozen may apply a higher wagering requirement where transaction activity indicates possible fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use of the account as a payment-transfer service.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal methods, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, and processing limits are shown in the cashier. The available method may depend on how the account was funded and whether verification has been completed.

The usual minimum withdrawal is:

  • €20 or USD 20;
  • AUD 30, CAD 30, or NZD 30;
  • NOK 200;
  • ZAR 350;
  • INR 1,700;
  • the cryptocurrency equivalent of €20 at the time of the request.

Maximum withdrawal amounts vary by method. A payment that exceeds the permitted limit may be divided into several instalments.

Slotozen may verify the account before approving any payout. A withdrawal may be delayed, refused, or cancelled where the player provides false documents, fails verification, breaches these terms, or uses a payment method that cannot be confirmed.

Where possible, funds may be returned to the same card or payment method used for the deposit. Amounts exceeding the player’s net deposits may be paid through another available method.

Slotozen may select an alternative withdrawal method where the requested option is unavailable, rejected by the provider, or unsuitable for compliance reasons.

Approved withdrawals are generally reviewed within 72 hours. The final delivery time depends on the payment provider, banking schedule, cryptocurrency network, account status, and verification requirements.

Withdrawal Limits

Unless different limits are shown in the cashier, the following general limits may apply:

  • Daily: up to €5,000, USD 5,000, AUD 7,500, CAD 7,500, NZD 7,500, or NOK 50,000;
  • Rolling seven-day period: up to €10,000, USD 10,000, AUD 15,000, CAD 15,000, NZD 15,000, or NOK 100,000;
  • Monthly: up to €20,000, USD 20,000, AUD 30,000, CAD 30,000, NZD 30,000, NOK 200,000, ZAR 400,000, or INR 2,000,000.

Monthly limits reset at the beginning of each calendar month. Progressive jackpot payments may be excluded from these limits.

Cryptocurrency limits are calculated using the exchange rate applied when the withdrawal request is submitted.

No-Deposit Bonus Winnings

Winnings generated from a no-deposit offer may be subject to a maximum withdrawal. Unless different terms are stated for the promotion, the cap may be:

  • €50 or USD 50;
  • AUD 75, CAD 75, or NZD 75;
  • NOK 500;
  • ZAR 1,000;
  • INR 5,000.

9. Fees, Currency Conversion, and Taxes

Slotozen uses EUR as its internal operating currency. A payment made in another currency may be converted by the casino’s payment system, the player’s bank, or another financial intermediary.

Conversion rates and final credited amounts may differ slightly from the amount displayed when the transaction was initiated.

Banks, card issuers, electronic wallet providers, cryptocurrency networks, and intermediary institutions may apply their own fees. These charges are outside Slotozen’s control and remain the player’s responsibility.

Bank transfer withdrawals in USD may not be available. Bank transfers may require several business days after approval.

The player is responsible for declaring winnings and paying any taxes required in the relevant jurisdiction.

A Slotozen account is not a bank account. Balances do not earn interest, and the platform does not provide investment, lending, or general currency exchange services.

10. Game Rules and Wagers

Players are responsible for understanding the rules, paylines, odds, return percentages, bonus features, and payout conditions of each game before placing a wager.

A wager is considered accepted when it has been recorded by the casino system. In a dispute between information displayed on the player’s device and the casino server records, the server records take priority.

Where a technical or human error affects a wager, Slotozen may cancel the affected round, restore the balance to the correct position, or settle the wager using the conditions that should have applied.

Amounts credited by mistake remain the property of Slotozen. Incorrect bonuses, winnings, or balance adjustments may be removed, together with any winnings generated from them.

11. Bonuses and Promotional Use

Bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotions are governed by their individual terms as well as these general conditions.

Slotozen may remove promotional funds and related winnings where a player attempts to manipulate wagering conditions or gain an unintended advantage.

Examples of prohibited bonus activity include:

  • opening several accounts to claim the same offer more than once;
  • using accounts connected through the same household, device, or network to repeat a promotion;
  • placing unusually large bets before reducing stakes to complete wagering requirements;
  • delaying game rounds until after wagering conditions have been completed;
  • using promotions without genuine real-money activity where a deposit is required;
  • exploiting errors, game faults, payment issues, or promotional loopholes;
  • maintaining activity that indicates the account is being used mainly to extract promotional value.

Where promotional abuse is confirmed, Slotozen may cancel the bonus, remove related winnings, restrict future offers, or close the account.

12. Fraud Prevention and Prohibited Conduct

Slotozen may investigate activity that appears fraudulent, dishonest, unlawful, or inconsistent with normal personal play.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  • colluding with another player;
  • using bots, scripts, automated systems, or unauthorised software;
  • submitting false payment disputes or chargebacks;
  • providing false documents or account information;
  • using a payment method owned by another person;
  • exploiting technical faults or game errors;
  • using the account for money laundering or unauthorised financial transfers;
  • attempting to interfere with the platform, games, payment systems, or security controls.

During an investigation, Slotozen may freeze the account, hold withdrawals, request additional verification, remove winnings, or restrict access.

Where fraud or unlawful conduct is established, the casino may close the account, confiscate affected funds, recover losses, and report the activity to payment providers, regulators, or law-enforcement authorities.

A player who discovers a technical fault must not use it for personal benefit. The issue should be reported through the official support channel.

13. Platform Availability and Liability

Gambling involves the possibility of losing money. Players accept this risk when placing wagers. Slotozen is not responsible for losses resulting from ordinary gameplay or unsuccessful betting decisions.

The platform is provided on an availability basis. Slotozen does not guarantee that every game, payment method, account function, or website feature will operate without interruption or error at all times.

The casino is not responsible for problems caused by:

  • the player’s device, browser, software, or internet connection;
  • power failures or network interruptions;
  • third-party payment providers or game suppliers;
  • banking delays, rejected transactions, or external service outages;
  • events outside the reasonable control of the operator.

To the extent permitted by law, Slotozen, its staff, partners, directors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses connected to the use of the platform.

The player agrees to compensate Slotozen for reasonable losses, costs, or claims resulting from a serious breach of these terms, unlawful account use, fraud, or misuse of the casino services.

14. Personal Data and Third-Party Services

Slotozen uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal and transaction information.

Information may be shared with payment processors, game providers, identity verification services, fraud-prevention services, regulators, and other parties required to operate the platform or meet legal obligations.

Third-party services process information under their own privacy terms. Slotozen is not responsible for independent actions taken by an external provider outside the casino’s reasonable control.

15. Dormant Accounts

An account may be classified as dormant when there has been no login or gameplay for 12 consecutive months.

After an account becomes dormant, Slotozen may deduct a monthly administration fee of €20 or the equivalent in the account currency. When the remaining balance is lower than the fee, the full remaining balance may be deducted.

The fee may continue each month until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in and completing qualifying gameplay.

16. Refund Requests

A request concerning a legitimate transaction should normally be submitted within 24 hours of the transaction.

Where the player believes that another person accessed the account without permission, the issue should be reported within 30 calendar days from the date the unauthorised activity was discovered.

Before calculating a refund, Slotozen may remove promotional funds, free spins, and winnings from the relevant balance.

A payment made by card may be returned to the same card up to the net deposited amount. Any remaining eligible balance may be paid through another approved method.

Transactions considered high-risk by Slotozen or its payment providers may be reversed to the original payment method and reported where required.

Verification may be required before a refund is approved. The player may need to provide identity, address, and payment ownership documents.

Approved refunds are normally processed within five to seven banking days, although the final timing depends on the payment provider.

17. Complaints and Dispute Handling

Complaints should first be submitted through the official Slotozen support channel. The account holder should provide enough information for the matter to be identified and reviewed.

If the support team cannot resolve the issue immediately, the complaint may be referred to another department. Slotozen may provide progress updates while the review is ongoing.

Only the registered account holder may submit a complaint concerning the account. Complaints cannot be assigned or transferred to another person.

For disputes concerning gameplay, wagers, results, or account balances, the casino’s server logs and transaction records are treated as the primary technical evidence.

If the internal complaint process does not resolve the matter, the player may submit the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution body recognised by the relevant licensing authority.

18. Non-Transferability

A player may not sell, assign, pledge, gift, or transfer an account or any rights connected to it without written approval from Slotozen.

This restriction applies to:

  • player accounts;
  • account balances;
  • deposits and withdrawals;
  • winnings and promotional funds;
  • wagering rights and game results;
  • claims arising from the use of the platform.

An attempted transfer made without approval is invalid.

19. Arbitration and Governing Process

Disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, account activity, payments, games, or related services may be resolved through arbitration in Costa Rica where permitted by applicable law.

By accepting these terms, the player agrees to use the stated dispute procedure instead of beginning court proceedings in another jurisdiction, except where local law provides a mandatory right that cannot be waived.

20. Time Limit for Claims

Any claim arising from these Terms and Conditions or from the services provided by Slotozen should be brought within one year from the date on which the relevant event occurred.

A claim submitted after that period may be rejected unless a longer mandatory period applies under local law.

21. Suspension and Account Closure

Slotozen may suspend or close an account where the player:

  • breaks these Terms and Conditions;
  • fails identity or age verification;
  • uses duplicate accounts;
  • accesses the platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
  • uses a VPN to avoid territorial restrictions;
  • engages in fraud, bonus abuse, or unlawful activity;
  • provides inaccurate or misleading information;
  • creates a security or compliance risk.

Depending on the reason for closure, Slotozen may cancel wagers, remove bonuses, void winnings, return eligible deposits, hold funds during an investigation, or report suspicious activity to the appropriate authority.

22. Final Provisions

If one part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

A delay by Slotozen in enforcing a rule does not mean that the rule has been waived.

Headings are included for convenience and do not change the meaning of the clauses beneath them.

Players should review these terms periodically and stop using the platform if they no longer agree with the current version.
